I am still accepting items in the store on consignment, by scheduled appointment only, as always.
I will be calling to confirm all appointments over the next few days, if you have one scheduled please let me know if you plan on coming or not.
 If you have an appointment scheduled before 12:00 p.m. or after 4:00 p.m. during the week, I will be rescheduling you to bring your items in during the new store hours.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIGN?

We accept in season Women’s & Men’s apparel, shoes and accessories such as handbags, scarves, jewelry.  Spring/Summer are received from Feb-July and Fall/Winter from August-January.

CLOTHING

Serendipity Consignment Boutique will select only the highest quality pre-owned, New With Tags and New Without Tags clothing. All articles must be free from stains, rips, tears, shedding, fading and odors. They must be freshly laundered and on hangers. Hangers will be returned at the end of your visit. Serendipity Consignment reserves the right to reject any items. Appointment’s vary depending on number of items.  A single appointment is up to 30 items, a double appointment is between 30 and 60 items, and a triple appointment is up to 100 items.

ACCESSORIES

Serendipity Consignment Boutique accepts jewelry, purses, hats, belts, shoes, scarves, etc. All items are to be in pristine condition. As with the clothing, Serendipity Consignment Boutique reserves the right to reject any items.

PRICING

Serendipity Consignment Boutique will price your merchandise to bring you fair market value while offering good value to our customers.

  • Name brand items are kept for a two-month-long consignment.
  • All designer items and jewelry are kept for a six-month long Consignment.
  • High-end designer Formal wear may be kept up to 6 months.

Pricing will be determined by age, label, condition and demand. Consigners will receive 50% of the selling price for a period up to 60 days. All items left beyond 60 days will become the absolute property of Serendipity Consignment Boutique. Those items not sold will be donated to a local women’s organization. Serendipity Consignment Boutique reserves the right to mark down items as needed unless otherwise pre-negotiated with the consignor.

PAYMENT

Check are mailed on the 20th of every month, assuming the consignor has a minimum of $50 in their account. There is a $1.50 fee to have a check mailed.

Consigner has the option to pick the check up in the store at any time, regardless of the dollar amount, for no fee.
